Meet Jeremy Jeremy Hampton Farmer Education Service Regions: Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota Jeremy Hampton serves as Agronomist and Large Farmer Lead at Planet Earth Agronomy, working directly with growers to evaluate products, implement new practices, and improve on-farm performance. A graduate of Southwest Wisconsin Technical College with a degree in Agribusiness, Jeremy combines formal education with a lifetime of hands-on experience growing up on the farm. He began his career in ag retail, where he built a strong foundation in product knowledge, agronomic systems, and customer support. That experience continues to shape his approach today—focused on practical solutions that perform under real field conditions. Jeremy works closely with large-scale growers to test new ideas, validate performance, and ensure every recommendation is tied to measurable return on investment. In addition to supporting growers, Jeremy plays a key role in expanding Planet Earth Agronomy’s reach by building relationships and maintaining direct communication with farmers. He also manages his family seed business, giving him an active, day-to-day perspective on the challenges and decisions growers face. Jeremy and his wife Mindy live in Wisconsin with their four children. Outside of work, he spends time hunting, fishing, and staying connected to the land.
