Brian Ezman works in operations at Planet Earth Agronomy alongside the production and logistics team, supporting product formulation, manufacturing coordination, inventory management, and order fulfillment. His role is focused on execution—ensuring products are built accurately, handled efficiently, and delivered in a way that meets the demands of real-world applications.

Brian plays a key part in maintaining consistency from production to delivery, working across teams to keep workflows organized and timelines on track. His approach is hands-on and detail-oriented, helping ensure that what’s developed performs as expected when it reaches the field.

Outside of operations, Brian is known for running the grill at Planet Earth Agronomy events—bringing a high level of attention to detail to BBQ and catering. At plot days and field events, his work is a reflection of the same standards he applies in operations: well-executed, reliable, and done right.

Outside of work, Brian spends time with his family, rides motorcycle, and travels to support his kids competing in high-level hockey.
