Joe Farmer leads sales for Planet Earth Agronomy across Indiana and Ohio, working directly with growers and retail partners to implement practical, performance-driven agronomic programs. His approach is grounded in experience—understanding how products perform in real systems and ensuring recommendations translate to measurable outcomes in the field.

Prior to joining Planet Earth Agronomy, Joe spent time with The Andersons, where he developed a strong foundation in starter fertilizer systems, nutrient management, and early-season crop development. That background continues to inform how he evaluates products and builds programs—focused on placement, timing, and return on investment.

Joe works closely with growers to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. His recommendations are straightforward and data-driven, built around what works under real-world conditions—not theory.

He brings a deep respect for farming and the discipline it takes to produce a crop year after year. For Joe, agriculture is more than a profession—it’s an industry he’s proud to be part of, supporting the people responsible for feeding the world.
