With nearly 30 years of experience in agricultural office operations, Darcy brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach that ensures accuracy, consistency, and reliability across day-to-day business functions.
Her background in agriculture gives her a practical understanding of the pace and demands of the industry, allowing her to support both internal teams and external partners with clarity and efficiency. Proficient in systems such as MS Office and QuickBooks, Darcy plays a key role in maintaining organized workflows, clean financials, and timely communication—foundational elements that keep operations running smoothly and allow the agronomy team to stay focused on delivering results in the field.
Outside of work, Darcy spends her time playing piano, crocheting, painting, and enjoying time outdoors with her husband—activities that reflect the same patience and attention to detail she brings to her role every day.
