Scott serves as Safety and Compliance Manager at Planet Earth Agronomy, where he oversees regulatory adherence across state and federal frameworks. With over 40 years of experience, he brings a deep, working knowledge of compliance requirements and how they translate into practical, day-to-day operations.
Scott has developed internal database systems to track, document, and manage compliance efficiently—reducing risk while improving visibility and accountability across the organization. He also leads employee training on regulatory standards and safety protocols, ensuring procedures are clearly understood and consistently executed. His approach is straightforward: build systems that work, train people to use them correctly, and maintain a standard that holds up under scrutiny.
His work supports both operational efficiency and long-term stability by keeping the organization aligned with evolving regulations without slowing down execution in the field.
Outside of work, Scott spends time off-road motorcycling and prioritizes time with his six grandchildren.
